Can Alcohol Abuse Or Excessive Smoking Lead To Facial Numbness?

Hi im 18 years old and ive been doing drugs since 12, when im on or even off a drug even alcohol theres numbness in my face, it can either be the left or right side, its changes daily. Im getting really worried, my parents do know i used drugs but i dont want them to know ive done so much that led to facial numbness. Please is there any treatments or anything to stop the numbess. it makes my anxiety worse, not want to go out in public and also feels like im making different face reactions. Here you are having drug and alcohol habit ...
You are also complaining numbness of face ...
So here neuropathy should be ruled out....
B12 and calcium deficiency also can lead numbness over face ...
So serum b12 and calcium estimation done ...
Alcohol can lead thiamin deficiency and such presentation can occur ...

According to cause treatment done ...

Neurological cranial nerve examination should also be done ....

Advise : better to consult physician for examination and deaddiction drug program can be attended for get rid of drug habit ...
