Can Alcohol Be Taken After Angioplasty?

am 54 yrs old fm india. have done angioplasty four yrs back. two blocks and three stents as per hospital records. after that no complications. stopped smocking and drinking since four yrs. can i take alcohol once in a week/month. plz advise the qty that i can drink and the frequency that i take alcohol ?

Hi i read your query very carefully.

Drinking alcohol more than a glass of wine per day isn't recommended for your situation because this increase the chance of future cardiac events.

So i suggest to stop drinking.
