Can Alcohol Trigger Tailbone Pain, Even In Small Amounts, And Is This A Common Issue?

Hi When I drink a small amount of alcohol it triggers pain in my tailbone, when I avoid it it goes away until next I drink alcohol I am not a big drinker only on the odd occasion but alcohol definitely sets it off for some reason have you heard of this before ?
