Can Allergy To Chemicals Cause Headache?

I cleaned using the product CLR and also spayed a bath cleaner that contains bleach. The smell was still in the house a day later. Having headaches and feeling a little light headed. should I worry? Am 59, 210 pounds, mild hypertension and a history of a TIA 2 years ago.
