Can Allergy To Excess Intake Of Medicine Cause Red Rashes On The Rib Cage?

I just noticed, after showering, that I have a red rash on my rib cage, under my right breast.It does not itch.I had total knee replacement two weeks ago, and am taking a lots of medicine but no narcotics. Well come to HCM
If the rash is not itching then this could be due to some systemic pathology, may be some skin disease but for this clinical examination is necessary without this difficult to say anything, right now this can be managed with "Diphenhydramine lotion" apply this three times in day. I would advise to get done then Plasma glucose test, thyroid function test, if condition persist then you need to see the Dermatologist, take care.
