Can An IUD Inserted After 6 Months Of Delivery Cause PMS?

this question is about my 27 yr old married daughter we are researching PMS . Her second child is now 6 mo. She has a IUD. Will that promote PMS . Is there a recommendation that you have? She thought about taking a Xanex. I had severe PMS and was also on birth control. Is there any natural remedy? Thank you.
