Hi.. Facial hair fall can occur due to an allergic cause/autoimmune causes/hormonal causes.. A severe infective focci (abscess with systemic infection) may be cause hormonal changes that can induce facial hair falls..

u need to specific abt place size duration any othr symptoms for ur abscess
it may lead to loss of hair in local area but cannot be related to a generalised hair loss condition
but why r u not getting treatment fr ur abscess
