Can An Ankle Fracture Wound Be Healed With Quick Wound Healing Drugs?

Dear Dr. I am 59,diabetic since last 8 years and my sugar level has been maintained by HBA1C 7.2.In Oct 09 I met with an accident and got multiple fracture in ankle.All 3 surgical wounds(Total 4) have cured but one of them is not healing or response is very very slow. I am taking Metformin 1g + pioglitazone 45mg along with dose of antibiotic cefuraxine 500mg B.D. also amlopress L for my BP control. Can you suggest me quick wound healing booster drugs? I am getting dressing of my wound every alternate day or third day with sterile dressing with "Ampucare". Kindly suggest. Regards & Best Wishes Dr.Paresh Purohit Scientist
