Can An Embryo That Did Not Get Implanted Properly Come Out ?
I have been TTC and at about 12 dpo I found a small (bean-sized/shaped) thing in my underwear, it was solid and bloody had like a whitish tube looking thing at one end, like a stem or sprout....could that have been an embyro/sac that didn t implant or stay implanted? No other real bleeding

If this description is accurate then there is a chance that you aborted.But for the embryo to be that size you would have missed periods so that would depend on that.Difficult to say without examination.You should see a doctor for a check up.
