Can An Enema Be Administered After Taking Prepopik?

I m scheduled for a routine colonoscopy tomorrow early morning. The doc has me taking Preporik the day before (today) in addition to a liquid diet. I took my first dose of Preporik 2 hours ago without any bowel activity so far. There seems to be a lot of complaints about it not working well. Would it be counterproductive to also administer an enema. I have to take my second dose at 10:00 p.m.

Propopik is used to clear your large bowel so that doctor can visualize well during the procedure. Enema is given to clear the rectum to clear any remaining stool particle. So you can take enema as well as Prepokik.
