Can An Eye Be Realigned?

Hi, I'm blind in my right eye since birth (I'm now 19) however recently I've noticed it's began to drift very slightly outwards. It's causes no issues, however I occasionally notice it not looking straight on photos. Is it possible to have it realigned?

Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having squint because of poor vision in one eye.
This can be realigned by doing squint surgery.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
