Can An Infection Look Like A Fetus In Ultrasound?

i had a ultrasound a couple of months ago and they told me i was pregnent then i had pregnacy test they came up negitive over and over my dr told me it was just to early then when i got my monthy she told me it most have been a infection not a baby and she never did nothing more could it have been a infecting

Welcome to HCM

Its extremely unlikely to any infection to look like pregnancy in Ultrasound . Since ultrasound detects fetal cardiac ( heart ) activity which cannot be mimicked by anything else . So either she had diagnosed as pregnancy wrongly as pregnancy test should come positive .

Are you having any fever now ? If yes get Complete hemogram tested and revert back
