Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of cardiac investigations are:
The TMT test is positive, This suggests that there is stress or exercise induced ischemia or blood supply to heart muscles is reduced while body is exercising or under stress. A positive TMT test is an indication for angiography.
The angiography involves viewing the major cardiac blood vessels after filling them with radio-opaque dye.
Angiography shows that all major blood vessels are clear and there is no blockade.
A positive TMT test and clear cardiac blood vessels suggests that there is obstruction of small epicardial blood vessels of heart.
Medical treatment is indicated.
Please continue the medical treatment for few months before you start observing the effect.
If you still feel suffocated, then probably you need to consult a pulmonologist for clinical assessment of the respiratory tract.

Thanks and take care
