Can An Ovarian Cyst Cause Pain In My Thigh?

I have a question about Meralgia Paresthetica. I have the symptoms for it (numbness & pain in my left thigh). The doctors said it wasn't treatable, so we got an MRI, just to make sure there was nothing else wrong.
The MRI showed a 15mm cyst in my left ovary as well as a lot of fluid in each ovary.
Is it possible that the ovarian cyst could be causing my leg pain? I have an appointment with a different neurologist next week & an ultrasound next month to get more answers, but it would be nice to gain some understanding sooner.
