Can An Ovarian Specular Cyst With A Prolapsed Uterus Cause Vaginal Dryness?

I am a 40 yr old woman that until this point in time had a "normal"orgasm everything stayed lubricated but the last 2 times having intercourse I experienced an orgasm but my vagina got very dry what could b the causes?i was recently diagnosed with a spicular cyst on my right ovary and a prolapsed uterus could this be the cause?
