Can Anal Intercourse Affect Menstruation?

Hi my concern is that my husband and I had anal sex for the first time and now I have bleeding and my menstral came after just getting off two weeks ago. I am 40 and this is alarming. This has been going on for 3 days now. what is you suggestion?
