Can Anal Sex With Ejaculation Outside Cause Pregnancy?

My boyfriend and I had unprotected anal sex. He is very cautious with not ejaculating anywhere near me or ejaculating before so there won't be sperm in his Pre-Cum. But his penis slipped out and grazed my vagina with pre-cum on his penis. I am 4 days late with my period. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant? I also have a bit of the flu too. I had a fever of 102 last night and my body aches and gets chills. I hope that's not symptoms of pregnancy either but just a virus that's unrelated.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Anal sex with ejaculation outside will not cause pregnancy.
2. Vaginal partial penetration can cause pregnancy, as pre cum ( bulbourethral fluid) contains sperms.
3.All the above symptoms you have mentioned are likely infective aetiology ( viral / bacterial) not seen in pregnancy.
4.Yes they can be just a viral infection.
5.Suggest to have safe intercourse to avoid this confusions in future.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
