Hi There
I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that anemia is a very important and common cause of palpitations.
Palpitations in anaemia happens due to decreased amount of oxygen carrying capacity of the blood due to which heart has to beat faster to compensate for this decreased oxygen supply to body parts. The dizziness can be both due to anaemia as well as faster heart rate.
It's advisable that you should personally consult your doctor to find out the cause of your anaemia and get proper treatment.

I wish you good health
