Can Ant Bites In The Foot Cause Swollen Lymph Node In The Groin?

I was bitten by multiple fire ants last evening. I washed my foot and put ice on the bites. Today they are filled with fluid - which I knew would happen BUT - I have developed a swollen lymph node on my groin on same side as bitten foot. Should I be concerned?
