Can Antibiotics And OTC Medications Prolong Menstruation?

My regular menstrual cycle started 3/11 and ended 3/18. It started up again on 3/19 and continues today (3/25). I have been battling a cold since 2/28, taking over-the-counter medications to relieve symptoms. I came down with a sinus infection on 3/16 and started taking augmentin on 3/17 (500 mg 2x/day). Could the antibiotics and over the counter meds be the reason my period has continued for 2 weeks? I am almost 42 years old.
