Can Antibiotics With Pill Cause Any Side Effects?

was prescribed calvepen tablets today i am also on the pill is there any point in finishing the pill pack i am taking at the moment there is about 10 or so tablets left? should i just start again when finished antibiotic since that will effect it anyways
