Can Antioxidants Be Taken With Antibiotics For Depression?

i am of 64 years old. I am a patient of dippression and taking psychiatric medicines for a long time with the advice of a Psychiastrist,I want to know as to whether I should take antioxidents with my medicines because I am feeling dullness anxiety and impotensy as i feel the side effects of the medicines.

Dullness, anxiety and psychological impotency are side effects of anti-depressant medicines which you have been consuming since a long time. Anti-oxidants won’t help you in this. Proven benefits of anti-oxidants as a supplement are uncertain and dubious.
I would have suggested you more if you have provided the details of medicines which you are currently consuming for depression. You can write next time on this portal. There are some life style changes you can adopt to bring some changes in your life. It will help you in recovering from depression and getting rid of anti-depressants.
Advice
1.     Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week
2.     Do not alter dose or drug by yourself unless suggested by your doctor
3.     Do meditation
4.     Avoid smoking and alcohol
5.     Share your problem with your family and close friends
