Can Anxiety Be Causes Problem In Throat?

Sometimes when i say a word a certain way like with a deep voice it sometimes get cut off because it feels like my throat closes for a second and the word won't come out. I have to clear my throat and say it softly so it wont do it again. Also sometimes when i swallow without food it feels like a part of my thoat moves or bends. It is very hard to explain. Is this something to worry about? I do have anxity issues in my throat and wounder if this is part of my anxity. And panic attacks.

HI.
Yes, this can be very well the symptoms of anxiety, quite common in female patients.
But before you are diagnosed to have such a problem, I would like to have n ENT endoscopy and CT scan of the neck to see in particular the the respiratory apparatus and the neck nodes. If there is a positive finding, we have to treat accordingly; if this is negative your Doctor will certainly prescribe you the medicines accordingly.
