Can Anxiety Be The Only Cause Of Upper Abdominal Pressure, Headaches And Bacterial Infection?

hi, I have been having upper abdominal pressur for two weeks. I am dizzy, have occasional headaches, no fever, and can t go to the bathroom without taking miralax regularly. I have been to the hospital, and had multiple blood tests, an ekg, an mri and was put on antibiotics for a bacterial infection in my small intestine. All blood tests and ekg came back fine. After taking the antibiotics the pain was the same, I went back to the hospital and they did another MRI and told me the infection was gone. I am concerned because the symptoms aren t going away. I suffer from very high anxiety and am wondering everything from cancer to leaving a tampon in by mistake. I am scared because no one can give me answers, but there is so obviously something wrong. Any suggestions?
