Hello there! Well, the information that you have provided is not enough to make a diagnosis of anxiety disorder/panic attack. If you could let me know if there is deep breathing, usually mouth breathing (hyperventilation), palpitations, sweating and sometimes cramps of both hand and/or legs. If this is what you have, then mostly likely you have anxiety disorder/panic disorder. If you are not able to appreciate the above mentioned symptoms, then I would suggest you see your family physician and get a general medical check up done (preferably pulmonary function test). Other most important details that are required is your age, sex, profession (work place hazard) and your habits along with past medical history. If you could kindly give all these details I'm sure I will be able to guide you in the right direction and narrow down on a possible diagnosis.
