Can Anxiety Cause My Heart To Beat So Soft?
I cannot feel my heartbeat. I am 18 yrs old weighing 150 lbs. I recently started having anxiety attacks. During that time my heart was pounding and racing. Now I feel the opposite. My heart beats so soft that I can hardly feel it. It feels like my heart wants to give up. I did 2 EKGs recently and everything looked fine. Can anxiety cause my heart to beat so soft?

Your heart is fine and most of us can't feel our heartbeat except when exercising or if we're anxious and the heart rate is high. You really have nothing to worry about
