Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi, thank you for using health care magic.
I can understand your concern.
Stress of exam can create anxiety which can lead to sleeping problem. At the same time smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol can produce as well as increase the anxiety/sleep disorder.
Any use of self medication or quitting tobacco suddenly can aggravate your problem , so i advise to take help of a doctor.
Consult psychiatrist, he will be in a best position to help you in all of your problem related anxiety/stress/ sleeping problems as well as smoking/drinking.
There are medicines(SSRI,benodiazepines) and psychotherapy(CBT, behavioral therapy) available , which will help you in this situation.
Hope this will help you.
Regards.
