Can Any Chemicals In Everyday Products Kill Hair Follicles?

Hello,I want to know if there are ANY chemicals or products; household, beauty, or otherwise, that are capable of KILLING the hair follicle. Again, I'm not asking about beauty products alone, I mean is there ANYTHING out there that will kill the hair follicle other than electrolysis. Thank you.

Yes chemicals may harm hair follicles but there is no particular chemical which can totally destroy a hair follicle.
Eflornithine cream might give you some relief.
It can reduce hair growth.
