Can Any Online Doctor Explain My X-ray Report?

my chest x ray says No active lung parenchymal lesion seen. Costophrenic and Cardiophenic angles are clear and shrp. Hilar shadows are normal density and dimension. Trachea is central with even lumen. Right Diaphramatic position and contour is with in normal limit.Left diaphramatic position and contour is elevated.

IMPRESSION: Elevated left hemidiaphragm.

What does it mean.

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to chest X-ray findings,
Lung parenchyma appears normal.No signs of infection.
Both CP Angles are clear.
Trachea is central in position.
Hilar shadows are also normal.
Left diaphragmatic position and contour is elevated.It may be due to many reasons like distended stomach.This should be correlated clinically.
Right Diaphragmatic position and contour is with in normal limit.
