Is this CBC ok? Test: Reference Range: WBC 8.8 3.8-10.8 LY 14.7 % 20.5-51.1 LOW GR 79 % 42.2-75.2 High LY# 1.3 0.9-3.5 GR#7.0 1.7-8.0 RBC 4.39 3.80-5.10 Hgb 13.7 11.7-15.5 Hct 40.5 35.0-45.0 MCV 92.1 80.0-100.0 MCHC 33.9 32.0-36.0 RDW 13.1 % 11.6-13.7 Plt 217 140-400 MPV 6.8 7.8-11.0 LOW With those results should I worry? I realize most everything looks good, but the MPV has me worried. Can someone please reassure me?

hello. welcome to HCM.
As you have checked for yourself, your CBC is almost absolutely normal, apart from mild neutrophillia, which is ok if you are symptom free. MPV is important when there are certain bleeding tendencies and all other things being normal it can lead to platelet function defects.. However it is just the lower limit of normal which can be also a variation from lab to lab.
So please be assured and dont worry.
