I can understand your concern.

T- wave is in simple words produced due the repolarisation or relaxation of the big chambers called ventricles of the heart.

T- wave abnormalities can be due to myocardial ischaemia ( mild heart attack) , inflammation of pericardium ( constrictive percarditis) and others.

It is nothing very serious. Dont worry much.

I would suggest you to visit a cardiologist with this EKG report who would be able to correlate clinically. You can post other questions.
