Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The X-ray Results?

Hi doctor,
Blessings to you!!!!
I have my x ray yesterday and the result was.. Chest PA after Feb. 4, 2010 shows no definite active lung parenchymal infiltrates. The lungs remain mildly hyperaerated with low set hemidiaphragms. The heart is normal in size and configuration. The trachea is at midline. Thecostophrenic sulci and bony thorax are intact.
IMPRESSION: MILD BILATERAL PULMONARY HYPERAERATION.

What does it mean please?
Thank you

Hi,
thanks for writing in.
There are quite a few limitations to a online doctor giving complete advice.
Radiological investigations have always to be correlated to the clinical findings in the actual patient in order to arrive at a proper diagnosis to be followed by a therapeutic action plan. A brief guideline could be the best way of describing the role of a online doctor.
