What is the "common" terms for this statement. In the dependant portions of the bursa anteriorly however a small effusion is noted, measuring around 5mm in thickness of uncertain significance. I have a endcondroma measuring 5cm in length in my right arm bone and this report is in relation to this.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the test report is as follows:
There is presence of a benign tumor arising from the cartilage of right arm bone.
The tumor measures 5 cm in largest dimension.
Surgical excision if the treatment of choice.
Since, the tumor is benign it does not metastasize to distant sites.
In addition to enchondroma, there is presence of a bursa.
A bursa is a sac like structure in the joint cavity.
There is effusion or collection of fluid in the bursa.
You need to consult your doctor with report for further management.
