my ultrasound report shows uterus is anteverted in position, hypoechoic lesions are noted from anterior wall and fundal region of uterus(32*33) & (29 X 22) mm respectively, 34mm cyst n right ovary and 34.7mm cyst in left ovary, i am 30 yrs old , married, planning to have a baby, 5 ft 4 inch height, weight-65 kg
