Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?
Hi, I'm 67 yrs old male. I have 3 cortical cysts (left upper pole of 54*55 mm, left lower pole of 80*76 mm and right lower pole of 31* 26 mm). My sonography report says Ok about liver, gall bladder, spleen etc.
For U bladder, it says : Well distended & normal. Full bladder vol is 194 cc, post void urinary residue is 17 cc.
For prostate, it says : Enlarged (30 gm) with normal echoes. Median lobe is protuding into bladder.
Could u advise what it is this & treatment suggesting for this.

At 67 years age, few cysts in kidney are acceptable but the cysts in your left kidney are large and may need a repeat ultrasound examination in 6 months. No treatment is required for cysts if there is no pain in the region of kidneys.
The urinary bladder is normal in capacity. Voiding of bladder is also normal.
The prostate is slightly enlarged and you may consult an urologist and take medications which can decrease the size of prostate.
