Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Results Of Abdominal Ultra-sonogram?

ultrasonogram report-abdomen says Diaphragm-Move in respiration normally on both sides Liver-Normal in site,size,shape and echotexture.No mass lesion is seen. Intrahepatic billary radicals are not dialated.portal vein and Hepatic veins are normal. Gall bladder- Adequately distended. No mass or calculas. Wall thickness is normal. CBD is of normal dimension. Pancreas -Normal in size,shape and echotexture.Duct is not dilated.No mass, calculas or calcification is seen. Spleen - normal in size,site and echotexture.No mass lesion is seen. Kidneys-Normal in sit,size,and shape.Cortical and sinus echoes are normal.Corticomedullary junction differtiation is well maintained. R.K-Collecting system is not dilated.No mass or calculas is seen.

but it is not all to diagnose a disease.
proper history,physical examination & relative investigation is needed for diagnosis.
