hey i have trans vaginal ultrasound on day 14 of my cycle. the reports are uterus measured 6.6x 3.1cm endometrium measured at 0.7cm right ovary measured at 3.4 x 2.1cm, immature follicles present 0.8cm left ovary measured at 3.5 x 2.3cm. immature follicles, largest is 1.4 x 1.1cm cul-de-sac empty what does that all mean ?

According to your ultrasound findings: -Uterus is of normal size. - Endometrial thickness is almost according to the monthly cycle. - Dominant follicle is present in left ovary.
