Exactly right, if you eat well, exercise good , try to cut down the extra fat deposits and this shall automatically brings the sugar under control and there by keeps the diabetic complications on the heart and other organs away. This is the way to fair better being diabetic. One should know Diabetes is not a disease if the blood sugar is under control.
