Can Aorta Enlargement Cause Pain In Chest Or Side?

I see that an aorta enlargement can cause pain in the chest and in the back but would it be through the chest or one side? My pain is in the right side under the breast area. I have been going for tests but I think they are missing something and I am getting very uptight.

Hello sir and welcome.

Aorta enlargement can cause chest pain either on one side left or right and radiate throughout the chest or can be on the entire chest or just predominantly on one side.

A chesr x ray, stress test, 2D echocardiography would all help to accurately diagnose the cause.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
