Can Appendicitis Be Missed On MRI, Two Ultrasounds, And Blood Tests Despite Classic Symptoms?

Can MRI,two ultrasounds and blood miss apendicitis Hiya so i presented with textbook apendicitis symptoms so I had two ultra sounds bloods and MRI and all either didn’t show my apendix at all or didn’t show anything and I’m really worried it still could be the pain faded yesterday for an hour then came back really severe My symptoms: Dizziness Nausea Lower right abdomen pain Metallic taste in mouth Difficulty swallowing Intense acute pain Also think I should add I have a L5 disk spine issue going on at the moment so that could cause nerve pain So essentially do you think I should get my apendix removed to be sure
