Can Aqueous Cream Be Used On Exposed Raw Skin After Radiation Therapy?

Hello. I have recently finished radiotherapy treatment for breast cancer and unfortunately the skin under my breast has broken and I have exposed raw skin. The review radiology nurses have advised I continue just using acqueous cream for the whole treated area including the raw wound. Do you agree please?
