Can Arm Numbness And Tingling Be Related To The Panic Disorder?

I am a 19 year old and im 5'5 and I weigh 170 pounds. I have had a history of panic disorder for 2 years and lately my right arm conitunes to be sort of numb and sometimes other parts of my right side go tingly as well and it doesn't help my panic disorder. i was wondering if they were both related because ive never had it happen all day and night and its becoming quite bothersome.
