Can Arms And Legs Aches, Redness And Dry Skin Be Treated?

I have a t years baby and she have ache and rednes on her arms and legs for lika a month and i have try everyting for dry skin y is getting wors her doc said its just because the cooldwhether bur iam worry this ache dont let het sleep some times i can se blood please help me
