20 year old son, away in college, I take his pressure occasionly over the past 5 month, and he has had random readings of 140/90. During this vacation period, these last 6 days his pressure has been apx. 160/111 - 150/90 and 145/90. His pressure has been taken a least 4 times a day, and this is the readings that have been coming up, During these 6 days he has been taking an aspirin per day. He return to his apartment today, with no one to monitor him. Should I suggest that he takes an aspirin a day, It may take him several weeks to find a doctor. Thank you

You should refer to doctor to do investigations and find out what is the cause for his high BP. You should know that aspirin is nor treatment option for high blood pressure. But before treatement he should be diagnosed Regards,
