Can Asthkind P And Matrax Effective For Cough In Infants?

My 5month baby is having cough for last 2months. I been giving him nebuliser, maxtra, keforet, clamp with frequent gap but still after few days he strted coughinnow doc suggested me to give asthakind p,maxtra n asimax for next three days n for last 10days I was givin him odimont lc syrup n asthylin.shld I give him asthkind p n maxtra for next three days.plz suggest me

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you about the symptom of cough in children most of the cough symptom in this age group are self limiting and better to avoid giving any medicine at the most if the symptoms are too severe then cough suppressant can be tried, take care and have a nice day.
