Can Augmentin, Cheratussin Adn Mucinex D Cause Memory Loss And Confusion?

I am a sophmore in college and have had a sinus infection for 3 weeks, and was taking aleve cold and sinus and year old prometh/cod. I finally broke down and went to the doctor, and she gave me augmentin and cheratussin and also told me to take Mucienx D. I am having some small memory problems like forgetting conversations I had yesterday, and my friends say I'm not acting right. Is something wrong with me, or am I just going kind of stir crazy?
