Can Ayurvedic Medicine Hyphoid Help With Body Stiffness Caused After Body Weight Exercises?

hi sir. am 38 trs old &physically fit.past from 5 months am loosing my weight like any thing.am 5.6 inch height &70 kg weight.also do gum&when i do it my body parts will be stiff.but after some time it doesn't.past from 1 month am using ayrvedic tablet hyphonid.my concern is that how to regain my body stiffness &can it be done by ayurvedic medicines or else i to go for modern medines.my sugar level is close to 200.am also regular smoker

1. since there is loss of weight [in absence of any systemic symptoms] and blood sugar is 200, diabetes is highly suspected in you, moreover being a regular smoker is further aggravating the picture.
2. So in best interest it is suggested to seek an Endocrinologist [diabetes specialist] who can tell you about the choice of drugs and how to start them]
3. regaining body stiffness is not a priority, but getting sugar values back to normal will help you to remain physically active.
4. say 'NO' to: sugar, all sweets, cakes, sweetened biscuits-drinks, jam, honey, mangoes and grapes, canned sweet fruits.
5. Eat in Plenty: all leafy vegetables,tomato,cucumber, brinjal, cauliflower, lady's finger, soup [vegetable], butter milk, sugar free drinks, all cereals, sprouted pulses.
6. Eat restricted quantities: chapati, roti, bread, cornflour, plain or salted biscuits, rice, meat, eggs, chicken, fish, skimmed milk
7. Regularize timings and quantity of meals, do not remain starving for longer periods, avoid alcoholic drinks
