My name is Mahesh, I'm having a recurrent shoulder dislocation due to the ligment tear, allopathy doctors r advicing me to have a surgery, I don't want to have a surgery, can we improve the same through Ayurveda medication n treatment plz reply as this is causing some serious problem in my life,

Fomentation with certain herbs or a process called Narri swedan is offered in Ayurveda.Use of local medicated oil will offer partial relief. Medicines like asthi poshak administered internally speed up recovery.
