Can Baby Birth Effect Face Colour ?

32 years. face gets darker day by day.For eg; face got darker after the first baby birth and more darker after the 2nd baby birth.Please advise.i have dry skin . also i do not use any cream at all (some time sun cream)

good sun scrren lotion with spf 50+help u
drink more water
