Can Back Injury Result In ED?

can a back injury affect erection... I had a fall from from 6 feet on my back about 3 years back.... after which my right shoulder has paralised my had for a week..... i undergone physiotherapy with heat treatment.... all fine but having ED problems..... can it be a reason for so.... please advice me......

any other operation undergone?
early morning erection is there or not?
consult psychiatrist to rule out organic and psychological causes.
